Ready to take the lead? This is no ordinary Engineering Manager role.

Becketts Foods is growing fast, and we need a strong, hands-on Engineering Manager who thrives under pressure, leads from the front and knows how to get the best out of their team.

This is a fast-paced, high-demand manufacturing environment where standing still isn’t an option. Reporting in to our Head of Engineering, you will take ownership of engineering performance across the site, drive preventative maintenance, champion food safety and compliance, and deliver continuous improvement that makes a real difference.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven engineering leadership and people-management experience.

• Understands the demands of a fast-paced FMCG environment — ideally food manufacturing.

• Knows their way around PPM, CMMS, KPIs and continuous improvement.

• Can plan for the unexpected, make decisions under pressure and inspire others to deliver their best.

What we can offer you:

• Salary circa £60,000

• 33 days holiday including bank holidays

• Monday to Friday 42.5 hours
