Becketts Foods’ master data team is expanding, and we are now searching for some Master Data Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Help maintain the local site master data resource to ensure accurate Master data in the ERP system (Sage Line 500, Sage X3, SFDC)

Who are we searching for?

Ideally you will be a business economics or mathematics graduate, be logical and have great business acumen. We’re looking for a strong and confident communicator who will be comfortable liaising daily with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will also be an intermediate/advanced level user of MS Excel (Formulas/V Lookups and Pivot tables).

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assist with the smooth running of the ERP systems (Sage Line 500, Sage X3, SFDC)

• Monitor and review Standards, including

• Analyse and report variances against Standards

• Continuously look to improve business performance through cost saving / business improvement projects

• Run KPI’s and performance reports

Skills and experience required:

• A level or equivalent

• Experience of ERP systems, master data and standards costing desired

• Experience of costing process would be an advantage

• Excellent analytical and organisation skills

• Exceptional attention to detail is vital
